Living at Pembroke

I am currently residing at Pembroke Pointe Apt. and the staff are good people. They have all types of activities for the community. The apartments are not sound structuraly and the -------s that live above will not stop making noise. That's where the crew have failed. These apt are located in a college town and all I hear are these students above me wrestling.
