Internet here is as slow as you could imagine, think back to how slow dial-up internet was and it is about on the same level. You can't play xbox because of a closed NAT and during night hours its almost impossible to surf the internet. I have tried to confront the management about it, and even emailed the realtor, they ------- off every time. Im leaving here soon and i suggest not coming here if you were planning on it.

The pointe sucks. The management doesn't care about you and your problems. Getting your money is the only thing they care about.

I talked to the manager about the internet also a few weeks ago. He told me that they are upgrading the system this summer when they finish the new phase. Turns out they are doing the installation now, there are cables running all over the property. He let me know that the system being installed is the same as his previous property aned that the service rocks! I'm looking forward to seeing the improvement!

I stay at the Pointe and yes our internet was a bit slow but now it is great. You can also chose several different packages to get more speed if gaming is your thing. They are really trying to make our experience here great.
