Well me either...I was offered one month free move in within 24hr special for a 2br in the summer for 699 and for that location I thought I was lucky to have found such a great place to live so I signed an extended lease 13-14 months not sure.If you dont feel like reading this fine but dont move there unless you can live with the roaches. Now once I moved in I can honestly say YOU COULD NOT EVEN PAY ME 699 PER MONTH TO LIVE THERE. Too many ROACHES I asked to end my lease the next day management told me no that was not an option for me sooooo... I requested a different building due to the swarm of roaches in my kitchen sink and behind the refrigerator they lived in. But they told me a transfer is 300.00 lol what a joke right. So I requested pest control which visited my place weekly for the next 1 1/2 months until I was fed up and crying so I requested to cancel my lease but the price was about 3,000 due to my free move in and the discount per month pay back' So I req a transfer but paid rent late one time and had to wait 6 mth good payment history to transfer to a different property I waited and not patiently. Oh yeah the roaches got worse when they decided to come home for thanksgiving and christmas due to the weather! And the waterbugs. Then at transfer time the price was 1300 now they never told me that so I contatcted corporate and that was resolved I now live at colonial grand at beverly crest and I am enjoying my apartment and life. Oh yeah around oct-nov some people came to our door looking for Catherine I told them no one by that name lived here since june but they (2 men) came back again and again I guess hoping no one was there to rob us!! I told the leasing staff they did nothing even with a description I should have called the cops but I am a tough lady. The last time they showed their face after that I said that I was Catherine and asked what did they want they said sorry wrong person and never came back! My lil sis is petite and some guy kept trying to enter our apt when only she was home I did not believe her so I did not go to work one day and parked my car somewhere else and sure enough someone did attempt to enter the apt. I am sorry I was fooled into living there and will not trust appearances any more. Oh yeah laundry facilities lol they did'nt even have the hot water on in there maybe to cut cost but check before you wash I had to request it!!! Glad I am gone.
