I have toured the property twice once at night and once in the day time and I haven t seen any problems. The staff is very nice and made a lot of exceptions for me. I haven t seen anyone hang around the mailboxes in the area in which my apartment will be. Which is up in the very front, the only thing that I have seen are a few kids in the gazebo. The property is very clean and seems very quiet.
