Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2003
I have lived here since the complex was built. Our Managers have changed often, as they do everywhere... and all in all I'm still happy here.
Maintenance is perfect. If you call a work order in at 9:00 a.m. it is usually done that day, if not the next day. Emergencies are always here within the hour you page the guys. AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
Who ever owns The Pines are great too! Last year we got Turkeys for Thanksgiving and real live Christmas trees for Christmas. We are always treated great here!
The rents are fair and utilites are cheap too!
