My two bedroom apartment is just right for me. Single guy, no kids and alot of "stuff". Management did not pressure me, but sold me from Welcome to The Pines. They have gift baskets for me when I moved in a week ago. Yesterday they even called to make sure everything was okay. I was like what' THey are checking on me after I move in'
I have had 5 other apartments in ten years... and I like this one the best so far.
Good parking spaces, alot of lights in the parking area, well kept, no garbage laying around.
P.S. In your new move in packet they welcome everyone to "rate" them on Apartment ratings.com... so they must be sure they are doing a good thing! Rock on The Pines!
