I've been living here for 3 years. I have to say that The Pines it's a great place to live.
Management always makes sure that the community is clean and they really do an excellent job. Both maintenance, Brian and Jimmy makes sure that things are taken care of. Both are great maintenance guys compare to the ones that were here before.
The staff plans monthly social events September was my favorite because the office staff made breakfast for all the residents and that was very nice. No other community have done that for before.I have to say that the apartments are a bit pricie, but compare to other communities in Pineville it's worth it.
My lease is expiring soon and I will definately be renewing again.
