I'm reading review after review that is ridiculously overly praising these apartments. Don't buy it. Look at the other two apartments right by these, Sabal Point and Meadow Creek. Now what makes The Pines so much more special' Nothing does. They have the same screening process as those two places and end up with the same dumb white trash and ghetto hood rats as those two places. We lived on the first floor and this crazy black woman lived upstairs from us. She would scream so loud into her cellphone at her boyfriend, even at 3 in the morning, we could hear it downstairs. Then she would slam her door, run down the steps, and peel out of there going god knows where at that time of the morning. One time a friend of ours came over, and as he was heading to his car waving us goodbye the crackhead upstairs opened her window and starting screaming at the top of her lungs for him to go away and stop staring into her window. Every apartment complex in Pineville at this price range has seedy people, find out what block is available and talk to everyone who lives in that block before you move in. If they like it there, then cool. If there is a lot of trouble in that section then ask to look at a different block. If management refuses tell them to screw themselves and walk away.

WoW ,,,, you must have lived in our old apartment,,,we lived there 2002-2003 and that same woman lived upstairs from us. lmao
