From: pineandpalmtrees Date posted: 2/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   My husband and I have lived here for over a year. Good points: Mangement has been polite and friendly. Maintenance is overall cutious and prompt. Parking is great. The pool was wonderful in the summer andthe treadmill was great. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There was no move in fee for us only a pet fee. The location is very nice. Bad points: My carpet was 'older' than I had been told iT would be and there was hair all around the floorboards when we first moved in. However, we could have complained about it before moving in (I didnt notice it till after we were in) and I am sure they would have done something. The pipes from the bathroom and laundry room get to smelling horrible on hot or rainy days. Like rot. Our kitchen sink has suddenly started to back up with ugly water-even when we have not usd it all day...weird. The stove top is rusty and one burner doesnt work right. The kitchen counter tops stain easy.We had a leak twice in our storage room and some of out stuff got ruined. I can hear my neighbors t.v. and noise from the stairways is often very noticable.
