I lived at Sabal Point 10 years ago when it was a good place to live but know the staff are very rude and unhelpful and I am scared to venture out of my apartment! We have had several cars broken into around us and nothing has been done! We have people waking us up at 12.00pm at night shouting obsenities so everybody can hear, there is constant loud music blearing from below and the standard of maintenance on the apartment is very poor! The office staff try to intimidate you inswtead of helping you when you are actually paying their wages!
