To all you parents out there Sabal Point is not the place for you. I'm the mother of 3 who love the outdoors, but not at Sabal Point. If you can't stand outside at all times with your child they can't be outside. Have you ever tried to keep a 9yr old and 13yr old and 3yr old inside. NOT POSSIBE. But here at Sabal Point they are informing renter that children of any age must be supervised at all times. I'm sorry but as a working mom and having to take care of a household I'm unable to stay outside at all times. So does this mean in the summer I have to keep my children in at all times you bet. When I moved to North Carolina it was to have a better life for my family, but Sabal Point is not a better live. I have call the office to complaine about the bugs and was told this is normal for the South. I'm sorry for living with roches is not normal for anyone. The apartment is not well keep and it is very sad that in the three months I have had ten repairs done in this time. Please avoid these apartments at all COST.
