These apartments are the worst in pineville, for the money I do not feel safe here. The staff will look friendly when they show you around, and when you sign the lease, they dont care about you anymore. Sabal Point has too many problems. Stay away.

I agree. I was shown a beautiful apartment with a garden tub. I asked her if I can view the apt i want and she said "it looks just like this one". Wonderful, I will take it!! I signed my papers in the office and then she showed me where the apt was. What did I get? A handicap apt with cabinets that came below my hip. Just imagine how funny I looked brushing my teeth. The cabinets in the kitchen had an opening below for wheelchairs to monouver around. I'm not hadicap. I think that should be a law. What if a hadicap person needs an apt?? New carpet, bedroom door looked repaird from someone punching a hole in it, all cabinet facings were awful, appliances old and not working, termintes in my laundry room eating there way out the wall, maintance sucks (to save some money I would have done a better job-its like hiring someone of the street to do it). The ladies are nice, but be careful. Dont trust, ask lots of questions and view the apt building before signing. If you cant get the answer your looking for, dont hasitate to keep looking. Happy findings.
