The apartments are very affordable. The floor plans are great and they are spacious. I would recommend to others. The outside of the apartment buildings are need of repair but the insides of the apartments are good.

The inside of the apts are falling apart and the outside; I have spray paint and other markings of others people who lived there. They really need a good clean. Also they need more garbage areas-they fill up quick. Landscape needs work and it smells like a swewage plant at night.
