This place sucks. The only reason i got stuck here is because I was new to town. There were fights on my stairwell and as of when i moved out (3 weeks ago) there was still dried blood on the stairwell/wall from the last fight. Not worth any amount of concessions that they may be trying to sucker you with. Avoid AT ALL COSTS. You will be sorry if you don't.
