It started with the bugs....

Okay, so it started with showing my roomate and I the model apartment (it was so nice!)....When it came to moving into our actual apartment, no lie, we walked in and there was a HUGE BUG on the wall! The girl didn't say a word. Then, come to find out, after calling 3 times for the bug man, that the whole building had a bug problem! We moved in and it took about 5 months for the bug problem to end. A friend of mine suggested that I not move into Sabal Point, but that was after I moved in. The staff is rude on the phone. Or refrigerator broke and it took them all day to get to my apartment to fix it. I am moving soon and counting the days. I am afraid that a child might get killed one day by the people who SPEED, and I mean, speeds so fast that wheels are squealing. The smart management put in a new speed bump that people can DRIVE AROUND and keep on speeding.
I have seen 2 guys pointing guns at each other, neighbors smoking marijuana in the parking lot, either in their cars or in plain sight. I've seen people walking down the parking lot smoking marijuana at 3:00 in the afternoon.
My neighbors are pretty quiet. Although there is this one who likes to call the police on everyone.
I was wondering why I kept seeing a cop drive by every hour on the hour....now I know.
