the office staff is extremely rude... the maintenance men are quite possibly the most ignorant ppl on the planet... and the apts themselves are in ridiculouly horrible condition.

here are just a few rants:

last summer the pool was shut down for about a month cuz it couldn't pass a suprise health inspection.

my water heater has broken about 23932479234 times since 2007 began... they always have me take EVERYTHING outta that storage closet and tear the walls up and drag drywall dust thru my apt and worse yet... they always drag out the project for at least a week. a long week of my apt being in shambles cuz i can't use my storage closet.

anytime you complain to the office staff they blame it on the maintenance men as if they have no control over them.

personal side note... i work at a local restaurant and the complex manager is a regular at the bar AT LUNCH getting tore up and then coming back to manage my lovely lil paradise of an apt complex.

ugh. i can't wait til my lease ends at the end of next month.
