Where do I begin'

My ice maker has never worked since I moved in over a year ago- the mainteance people can't seem to fix it - if anything they keep making it worse.

A friend of mine in the next building had a hot water heater blow up on her twice before the mainteance finally replaced it. But it flooded her apartment and casued mold to grow all in her walls, carpet and ruined her bookshelves! She is extemely allergic to mold so it made her very ill. I took pictures of the damage even because she had to clean it and get rid of her own bookshelves herself- all mainteance did was suck up some of the water and put a fan in to dry it out. Even the apartment staff came in and tried to tell her that is WASN'T mold that was growing in her apartment! What else is green and black, fuzzy and looks like hair that grows around water'''' It was so gross and they did NOT reimburse her for her book shelves or her medical bills. THEN they tried giving her a hard time about having to break her lease because she was so physically ill from having to live there with mold growing!

They didnt do anything about the crazy drunk girl that lives above her and almost burnt down the place by leaving a lit cigerette on the porch- it burned a hole through the balcony!!! I have pictures of that too.

This place is disgusting, ghetto, the staff is rude and mainteance is a joke.
I'm leaving as soon as I can.
