We're very happy with the Price-for-Value!! Good staff, too.

We moved into Sabal Point 2 months ago. The staff (especially a lady called Gena) was very helpful, and we've had two minor maintanance issues since then that were taken care of in a timely and good way. They have this big maintenance guy who is very curtious and polite, and knows what he does - left very good service impression. The complex may not be super special, after all, it's about 15 yrs old, BUT we love the price-for-value. Me and my roommate moved into a 2B/2Ba, pay $710 a month rent, plus utilities/ high speed internet/ cable roughly $870 a months. That adds to about $435 a month INCLUDING EVERYTHING, which is really good/cheap compared to other living arrangements. The area seems a bit uninviting at first, but we feel very safe and secure. We have nice neighbors, and most people at Sabal Point are good, hard-working people. There's everything we wanted(shopping/ restaurants/ even ice skating) close by, very convenient! In terms of noise, we live on the 3rd floor and have had no bad experience so far. Even though 3rd floor means more steps, we get a good workout and have no one above us. We'd suggest to rent a 3rd floor apartment at Sabal Point or any other place anyway.
