This is the worse place ever to live... When I first came to look at the place, I thought it was a decent place to live.. The model home was fixed up.. Trust me, does the word model home mean anything to you. It's a model home so it'll always be nice. Anyhow, I've been here for 2 months. Only 2 months.. I can't wait for my lease to end. This place has the worse service ever. The weekend of my move, I rented a 15" U-haul. While I was on my way to Sabla Point, I decide to call them to let them know that I was on my way and for them to get my papers ready. When I call, no one even knew that I was moving in that weekend. Luckily I was still able to move in. The minute I got there, they didn't have a key for me. I'm talking about the key to open the apt.. I had to wait till later that evening to pick up my set of keys. I thought that was the end of the key problem until I decide to go open on mailbox one day.. Ofcrouse, it wouldn't open. Somehow the lock was switch without me knowing. Tell me how that can happen! Beats me!!! Oh yeah, did I mention the toilet problem''' OMG, every time I flush the toilet the water would run for at least 20 minutes between each flush sounding like running water constantly. I live in a one bedroom apt and the only bathroom is inside the bedroom. Talking about sleeping at night with what the sound like the water running all the time. Eventually I got tired of it and called the apt mgr. It took 4 different visits to fix the problem. Well that's what I thought anyways Two weeks later, I came home from work to a bathroom filled with water. Now what kind of crap is that! Okay, enough about the stinky bathroom Let's talk about when I first move into my apt.. The light in the fridge, bathroom, and small ass hell walk in closet was out, ice maker not working, paint job in the apt was crappy as hell (looks like a kid paint it), bathroom toilet running for at least 20 minutes, and overall apt was just very old and poor looking. Def not a place I would recommend to anyone. Not even my worst nightmare. So allow me to give you a recap . Day of move in, no one know I was coming.. Finally move in, they didn't have a key for me.. While looking around to make sure that everything was working, the fridge light, bathroom light, and walk-in closet was out, ice maker not working, bathroom toilet flushes for at least 20 minutes with running water, (which you have to pay for), lock on mailbox change without notice, and you can't ever get anyone to help you with all this problem. Did I mention, I was never given a key to the amenity b/c they ran out! Now how does that happen! This is the worst place to live. Stay far away from Sabal Point. BUT for some reason, if I haven't convince you yet and you must live here, please just make sure that you do not deal with -------.. . She is a young trailer trash female who will tell you what you want to hear. Best person to deal with is apt mgr ------ Oh yeah, if you rent from Sabal Point and tell them that you found the place from rent.com, you'll receive a reward card for $100. --------never asked me and just decided to put that I found the place by word of mouth.. Now I can't receive my reward card b/c they refuse to call rent.com b/c of what trailer trash --------put. I don t know anyone that lives here. I wish I did that way they could of told me about this place and I would of never move-in. Now I'm stuck in a year long lease. 10 more months to go Can't wait! One last thing, if you look at the apt from a distance, it does look okay. However if you look at it closely, there is spider webs every where. They actually will clean the apts facing the office however they will not clean the webs facing the street. Just look closing and your'll see..

No doubt, I live here too. Didnt have that much problems but this sure is funny.

I have lived with sabal point for 2 yrs now and love it!
