If your rent is not in on the 15th day of the month you will be charge a 5% late fee of total rent, utility added to rent and an additional $250.00 eviction legal fee which are added to the rent and you must pay in full no partial payment they will not accept your rent nor your late fee if you dont have the $250 dollar court fee included. Dont complain about people who rip you off legally, Accept all rip off issues and dont complain money is power and if you get laid off from your job to bad accept the rip off and push you deeper in debt and cause other issues. This is the American way of living.

When you sign your lease you are stating that you will pay your rent by the 5th of the month or it's late. Thats called a lease. No wonder apartments do so much background research on somebody before moving them in, some of them dont think they should have to pay their rent until half the month is over....Good luck finding somewhere else that is going to let you pay after the 15th!!
