I would have to agree that this is probably one of the worst apartment buildings in the Pineville area. It seemed to deteriorate in condition from when I moved in to when I left. I would have to say to all who are considering moving into SP Apartments to please take the time to notice the environment and how the management seems not to care about the residents. I had my car broken into and so did other residents. The staff did nothing to ensure the safety of the community and fights in stairwells were not uncommon. I would strongly urge prospective residents to reconsider.
