Sabal Point 33% Recommended Apr 02 2008: This place isn't the best. If you just want somewhere to crash after a long day at work and can sleep through the sun rise, the noise, and the BAD Heating/Cooling, then this is the place for you. The layouts Meadow Creek Apartments 33% Recommended Mar 28 2008: If I had it to do all over again I wouldnt of moved here the apartment is a pos they have old cabinets,dishwashers,and stoves the bathroom cabinets are all scratched up and ugly the the carpet has stains all over Meadow Creek Apartments 33% Recommended Mar 22 2008: Cats run wild and cat food is all over the sidewalks and stairways. Management does nothing about it. Animal feces is everywhere. Maintenance staff is rude and discouteous. Kitchen drawers fall out and when reported nothing was done by maintenance. Sabal Point 33% Recommended Nov 27 2007: When I moved in to Sabal Point is was clearly evident I needed to do some 'home improvements', which I did. I keep a pristine apartment, and the bang for the buck is a good one. Spacious. I have had Sabal Point 33% Recommended Oct 24 2007: We moved into Sabal Point 2 months ago. The staff (especially a lady called Gena) was very helpful, and we've had two minor maintanance issues since then that were taken care of in a timely and good way. They have |
