Enjoying my stay! - I moved into sylvan park about 3 months ago (late July) and so far I only have positive things to say! You will get more than your moneys worth - I have lived here for only six months, but the experience has been great. Landscaping looks fine, yard is mowed regularly, hedges trimmed accordingly, and parking lot and breeze way in our building are clean. Good experience - In living here, my only problem has really been my potluck roommate who I found online-- so that problem is not the management's fault, lol.
