Very shoddy building materials = lots of noise - I lived here for a year while working for Cisco's ASE program. For the other residents there, you can feel relieved that Cisco is putting a hold on the ASE program for now due to the economy, but if it returns in the future, expect lots of noise and partying if you live next to those people.
