The place looks nice, however; the apartments structure has a lot of design flaws. You can hear water running behind the walls when people flush the toilet and take showers above you. Also, there is far too much impact noise for the rent they charge you. You can hear people just walking normally across the floor and when they close their cabinets. For the rent they charge, it shouldn't be like that. If you are considering moving in, better to get a top floor apartment where the impact noise is less. Also, get one facing away from the inner courtyard that is near the pool. It is far too noisey if your apartment is facing the pool and/or inner courtyard
