I read some bad reviews down below on this place and think that was unfair. Probably someone not allowed to renew.
I've lived at Oberlin Court for about 9 months and I love it! It's great to be able to get anywhere downtown in just minutes. Cameron Village is also just a mile away. I've only had to put in two maintenance requests, but they were both completed within hours of my calling them in. I would definitely recommend Oberlin Court to anyone looking to live in downtown Raleigh!
