The Apartments here are nice but and this is a BIG BUT!.....this place is populated with a lot of college kids. That means that on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (at least) you can expect to be woken up at 2:30am by a bunch of drunks yelling on their balconies or in the courtyard. It never fails. The management has failed miserably at curtailing this problem. Another ongoing issue in which the management has failed miserably at is getting rid of the rats that live in and around the dumpster area. You can forget taking your trash out at night, unless you want to encounter at least a dozen rats.

Correction: Yes, for some time one could expect rats running around one's feet while bringing garbage to the dumpster at night, but it hasn't been a problem lately.
