I am wondering if Oberlin Court is a good atmosphere for young children' Are there any that live there'

Families with children do live here but I have never seen children run around playing except for at the pool. You probably want a place where you can let the children run around without direct supervision (or at least that's what I would want if I had kids) and Oberlin Court is not a good place for that.
Also, I believe the people living here would panic if they saw a kid that wasn't on a leash. A lot of people that grew up in a bubble live here.

What about the atomosphere? Now that I've read the other reviews, it seems that there are a lot of college students (or recently graduated ones)there. Is there noise on the weekends and a party atmosphere? What is the average age of people living there?
