I have been living here for over almost two years now. They told me it was geared toward working professionals but that was a lie. There is always some sort of drunken idiot who decides to either break off the gate to the garage or smash the lights in the hallway(that one was great, considering my small dog stepped in the shards of glass). When I asked about the broken glass, due to the drunken idiot who smashed the lights, they laughed. Yeah, real funny. They lost my rent one month and demanded I still pay the late fee for it. I got a noise violation by watching tv, however when anyone parties in the clubhouse, the noise violation rules don't apply to them. Our door to the balcony has terrible air leaks. Tried to get that fixed. Maintenance came once and never came back. There is new management, therefore the staff is rude and slow. So to some it up: everything you pay for you don't get or it doesn't work. I feel like Im living in the dorm again.
