I've lived her about 7 months. We got a GREAT deal on a 3 bedroom, which is about 1200 square feet. The apartments appear old and plain from the exterior, but they are huge on the inside. Even though the bedrooms are small, the downstairs is very open and spacious.
We had horrible roach infestation when we first moved in, but maintenance was very responsive. Any maintenance problems have been fixed almost immediately.
Noise is sometimes a problem. All the apartments face the parking lot, with the master bedroom in the front. If you happen to have other noisey college students near by partying, well, sucks for you! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
