Poorly Constructed and Overpriced

Years at this apartment: 1989 - 1994
 
We lived here between 1989 and 1994. The place was only 2 years old when we rented, but deteriorated rapidly because everything used in its construction was the cheapest junk available.

Small rooms, rent went way too high.

Convenient for students at NCSU but an extremely poor value.
