Car was broken into and stereo was stolen. Unsavory characters ride slowly through neighborhood. Poor construction. Difficult sometimes to get maintenance to fix things correctly the first time. The off-day people in the office never knew what the hell was going on and would tell you to come back when the manager was in. Parking spots were only as wide as your car-- you could see where the spaces used to be bigger and they repainted them narrower.

Despite all this, it's about what you'd expect for what you pay. I might live there again to get such a good rate, but if any of these things bother you, don't live there.
