On most nights I have to park about 3 buildings down from my building because there are no spaces any closer. This isn't a huge deal every now and then and it isn't a huge deal when I don't have heavy things to carry like groceries or my baby. Lets also add that there are random people roaming around the parking lot at all hours of the night which makes walking alone to my apartment all that more unappealing.
The walls in my apartment are paper thin and I already know more about my next door neighbors than I ever care to.
I am a fairly clean person but until I invested in a ton of traps there were random roaches popping up here and there (yuck).
I like my apartment floorplan but my apartment is either super hot in the summer or super cold in the winter... I either suffer because of the poor insulation or I shell out extra $$$ on the power bill.
I am yet to figure out what my $250 pet deposit is used for... it sure isn't carpet cleaning or cleaning up the apartment grounds. I also pay pet rent on top of this.
If I have to hear the bass on some moron's car stereo one more time...... again not a big deal at a decent hour but when its at 12:00 a.m. or when I can't hear my TV over it then it is a little excessive.
On a good note......The maintence guys are pretty nice and the response for maintence is pretty good. The office staff is friendly.
