We have been here a year and have to stay another year because we may buy a house. If we rent again, though, its not going to be here. Maintenance does its best, the apartment is not bad. Our neighbors tend to be slightly noisy but not bad. Parking is okay in our building. But laundry does get stolen, the garbage bin overflows and stinks, and I wouldn't walk around too much in the dark. There are a lot of low life gangster looking people around, more so than last year. Looks are deceiving. The grounds and rental office looks nice, but watch out - this place is getting to be very low life. I haven't seen a roach, if that helps.
