Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I have lived here since July of 2007 and i have not had that much of an issue. I know that now ridgewood is managed by a new company by the name of GCI. The apartment is a nice size and it offer just enough space. The Mantainence comes pretty quickly. They made the Fitness center bigger and The grounds is worked on every thuresday and now that the weather is breaking so it's starting to look really nice. The residents are looking better and are very nice for the most part. And i notice that the office trys to have several Community parties with raffles for things like rent vouchers. I have not seen a roach, or a mice.
