The apartments and facilities are really excellent. However, the leasing staff could use an improvement. They are not very professional and are clearly used to dealing with college students, like themselves and not older adults with serious concerns and questions. They are very friendly to work with, but their young age and inexperience with a professional setting needs to be remedied.
