Depends on the Staff...

I think that the leasing company is very greedy and not willing to work with you whatever your circumstances be...basically like the Wachovia of leasing company's. To be expected - they are watching their backs, just make sure that if you choose to live here, you watch yours.
The socials are nice and grounds are always well-kept. The pool closes at 10pm, unless (of course) the manager decides she would like to stay in the pool past that time.
I did have a couple of complaints about a leak in my room (I'm thankfully moving out soon) that was obviously a problem having to do with the roof and was not taken very seriously. Two years later and 5 phone calls later, the leak goes all the way down the wall and is even surrounding an electrical socket.
Overall, I thought that they weren't negotiable on price and that it was over-priced, but it was a nice place. Would be a good place to raise a new family.
