I visited 15-20 properties last March when my husband and I moved here from SC and the Ashborough was by far the best. It has been a great home. It doesn't feel clausterphobic like many apartments and there aren't a ton of college kids. Our building specifically (Building 6) is the best location - close to entrance, office and pool/gym but VERY QUIET (you can see the pool but you are not over it), very bright and sunny and the best landscaping is always around the buildings closest to the office! 1400 sq. ft., huge 2BR, 2 Bath, new berber carpet huge closets, garden tub and separate shower, high ceilings, crown moulding, great pantry/laundry room, ATTACHED 1 car garage with extra parking in front of your garage, and your garage is under you so you don't have to worry about tiptoeing when you're on the second floor!!! (they'll even paint one accent wall for you) Our apt. will be available April 1- just ask for Heather's apt. in Bldg 6. (Prices may even be a little lower now - not sure - they were running a 2 months rent free promotion)
