I lived in moved in from up north and found this complex one of the nicer ones that I was shown and pretty affordable considering my alternatives. I had a one bedroom the layout had vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. Unique and open unlike other apartments and very well insulated. I barely could hear anything from the apartments around me no matter how loud they were which was great. Grounds were well kept and staff was nice for the most part but I did have one or two encounters with the people I believe to be the managers and I did get a snotty vibe which I didn't like. I've moved across town and I can say that in retrospect other than the snotty managerial staff, the unique layout and the fact that it was very quite make the Ashborough an apartment to consider.
