Staff is inexperienced and if you are older than about 24, you might not have much patience for the manner in which they handle things.
My wife and I are professionals and our initial questions about the complex received rude responses. That agent has since left to go sell manufactured homes, and the problem has largely corrected itself.
The Ashborough is very pet friendly, clean, and well-maintained, however.
