I have lived in Ashborough with, girlfriend, now wife for a year or so. I have enjoyed my stay. Have had no maintenance issues, although have talked to maintenance guys when walking dog. Very nice people. Office staff is great, Amanda, Julie, Monica. They have a new lady though whom i think is kinda rude and just seems like she is above you. But other than that a great place to live. I have great neighbors for the most part. One plays their music 7 days a weeks but that is being addressed ;). Other than that i recommend this place. Well kept grounds and great for pets. Awesome one bedroom apts with lots of space as well. Only issue is parking sometimes late at night, but rarely an issue.
