I have lived at the Ashborough for 3 years. I have loved every minute of it. The management is the best I have ever experienced and they stay on top of whatever issues that may arise. Truthfully in the 3 years I have lived in my apartment I have had 3 things fixed. Two of those items I caused. Each item was repaired within the week.

The quality of the apartments are outstanding. I love that they are newer apartments ( 5-6 years old). I love my wrap around porch (on a 1 bedroom apt...).

Each month there are apartment wide events. These include yardsales, pool parties, bingo nights, holiday parties, and wine tastings. All are tons of fun and the prizes are great!!!

I am leaving Raleigh soon but if I return I know I won't go apartment hunting because I know where I will live... at the Ashborough!!!
