I have lived lived in a 1st floor apt with an attached garage for a few months now and have no major issues. The price is reasonable compared to equivalent complexes in the area. People are generally friendly and reasonably quiet. The pool, exercise room and club house is all well kept and nice. My wife and I feel safe going for a walk in the area and most people wave or say 'hello'. The office personelle are all very friendly, and despite he complaining on this page, have always been very helpful in any of our needs. Maintenance has been very prompt in the couple times i've called on them (once i locked myself out, and they were very helpful, the other time the A/C and fridge needed minor repair and waited less than a few hours for the repair). The walls seem thick because i can rarely hear my neighbors. The attached garage is definitely a plus because the lot parking suffers from lack of spots. I can't see why people would complain, but there's always those who just love to find bad points. They are apartments, not luxury condo's. As far as i'm concerned, you get what you pay for and then some with living here.
