Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
-Grounds are kept up
-Trash compactor is always broken. Have valet trash which is additional $16/month but they only take 1 bag Sun-Thur.
-Both maintenance men have been very very helpful which is a nice change
-Office staff is a joke
-Rent is a bit high and they like to raise it every year
-Dogs everywhere
-Parking is ok in some areas of complex and other areas its a nightmare
