During my first lease... things were okay. The leasing staff was nice enough and at least pretended to care about residents.. But Oh MY Goodness... after I signed that 15mo lease, its like they knew they had me... Staff was very rude or would refer me to another staff member who was never available. The rent kept rising but the facilities were not getting any better... needs painting BADLY! There is also Dog Poop Everywhere. The walls seem to be paper thin! If my neighbors were to fart in the middle of the night, I heard it and of course I lived underneath either a 100lb toddler or a crazy dog. The worst came when a person's car was STOLEN from right underneath the Carport!!! The car was heard being towed away around 3am but people assumed that it was due to nonpayment of rent on the carport spot (Same assigned spot the neighbor had for over 10 months)which of course brings me to another issue.. You almost HAVE to throw away $35 a month for a carport spot IF you dont wanna walk a mile to your apartment...Dont get home after 7pm... You will walk a country mile!!! After the car was stolen, NO Flyers or anything was sent out...eventhough everytime they start breaking into cars (which happens a few times a year) they post flyers. Yes a police report was filed and the manager said she would put out flyers...after saying "well, it was a really flashy car so I could see how someone would want to steal it!" I thought it was really wrong for them to not notify people b/c from what I hear, many people witnessed the car being stolen. Lastly... I feel like this complex tries to blackmail you into staying. If you agree to stay with no hassle, they jack the rent up... if you tell them you are leaving b/c its not worth the money.. they "cut you a deal for being a good resident" and only raise it $30-$40. I've heard of folks calling the management company down in Atlanta to file complaints. This place is in dire need of a NEW apartment manager... the current one will lie to you while looking you in the eyes... if she promises you something...make her to write it down!!!

So if you dont have a supersonic alarm system on your car, dont like being forced to purchase a parking spot or rushing home by 5pm... 7pm on the weekends, dont like old carpet in your apartment, dont like hearing your neighbor's every move, and dont like advertised amenities that never work (the jaccuzi)...this is NOT the place for you!!
