I have been at The Ashborough for almost 1 year and I have no complaints. The apartment was in good shape when I moved in (some normal wear and tear in the kitchen). The apartment is a decent size (I think about 730 sq. feet), but beautiful vaulted ceilings in the living area that make is so bright! The bathroom/tub and closet are huge! The bedroom is also a good size. I have not dealt with management that much, so I don't have any complaints about them either. My balcony is nice, there is ample storage, and the neighborhood is GREAT. I feel extremely safe, yet am also walking distance to Crossroads. When I was looking for an apartment the Ashborough was the most expensive, but because of location and safety, I chose it..and I've never regretted is! Noise has never been an issue, and the pool (in the summer time) is clean...and I've never seen any loud partying. Lastly, I just received notice that it's time to renew (or not renew), and I will definitely be renewing my lease for another year. My rent did not go up ONE CENT! I really believe that this is a great community to live in. I'm VERY glad I chose it! If you asked me to pick one peeve of the Ashborough, I would say parking. I don't think there is enough parking...sometimes it's quite a walk. However, that small factor pales in comparison to all of the perks of living here.
