I live in a 3BR/2BA third floor apartment. I like the size - it's big enough for my family of 4 without us feeling as if we were on top of each other. The third floor has more square footage of living space because we don't have a garage. My rent is a bit outrageous though for the quality - the fixtures are cheap, the appliances are low budget - it just doesn't feel like a "luxury" apartment as the price would have you believe. I don't hear noise because I'm on the third floor - occasionally,I hear the downstairs neighbors slamming doors. There have been times when neighbors in the other building are having parties and I can hear them in my bedroom. This is easily taken care of by calling the police if it is after 10 pm. The pool is nice and kept up well. The parking does leave a lot to be desired, but we pay extra for a carport. The office staff is okay - ----- is very friendly (-------------) while the -------, ------ is severely lacking in customer service skills and just lacks understanding. She's def in the wrong position. ------- and -------- are nice just need a bit more of what I call people skills. The maintenance staff however is amazing. The supervisor ------is one of the friendliest people I have ever known and really tries his best to do his job - even though the majority of the time I've lived here he has had no help. For only one, he does a lot. I like the proximity of the complex to everything Cary and Raleigh have to offer (I think this is the way they can charge so much for rent). Overall, a good place to live.
