It's a wonderful community, very quiet, large apartments, nice landscaping and upkeep throughout the community. They have activities for residents; however, the have been limited in 2020 due to COVID-19.

Great little apartment for the price and location. Love being right on the greenway and surrounded by trees. The apartments are large for the price paid too, and the location is easily accessible to downtown and the beltway.

Got delayed moving into our apartment due to having to have maintenance finished prior to occupying the apartment. Had 2 different water leaks and a cracked bathtub replaced. They have been upgrading the grounds and the apartment units.

both positive and negative. There is a change in office staff. Office phone is not always answered. There is effect to improve external grounds and apartments for move-ins but not for long-term residents. Issues of theft are not addressed.

This is a great community in a great location. The buildings are surrounded by mature trees. The complex is located adjacent to the Raleigh Greenway system. Lots of shopping and dining, and the vicinity to the interstate system is a bonus.

Love the layout and grounds of the apartment complex but the office and maintenance staff lacks communication and coordination. They are close to the Crabtree greenway trails which is awesome. Super close to lots of shopping etc.

Moving in was very easy. Maintenance staff was very responsive to our first request. We are missing a few things (mailbox key) but overall the staff has been exceptionally helpful and responsive. Very excited to be living here.

The community overall is a decent place to stay. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talking and their music. The office staff and maintenance are very prompt with responding to requests.

It's been a great experience. The community is quiet, and tucked away in the trees. The direct greenway access has been awesome to take advantage of, and the office staff is prompt and courteous. We're very happy with our new apartment!

I love the area and the size of the apartment. The renovations were done good. I think the grounds can be kept a little better and the trash compactor area and areas that residents leave big items of garbage.

Recently, I had an issue with my HVAC. Eugine was very helpful and the staff did well at getting it taken care of swiftly, even though we are in a pandemic. The crew had on protective gear when entering my home and was polite.
