I've been here one year and have had a nothing-but-fantastic stay.

Place is only about a year old, so everything's pretty spiff, up-to-date, looking modern. You can not be embarassed to bring your friends here.

Maintenance is sweet...if I call in a request while at work, it's done when I'm home at 5:30. Couple ants when I moved in, but the exterminator finished them the next day. No bugs since.

No noise issues, although I live on the ground floor and have no neighbors to speak of (except above, and sometimes I can hear their vacuum).

Nice pool, grounds are well-kept. Business center with free copier and fax machine...gets-the-job-done fitness center...DVD library with a decent selection.

Last but not least: Office Staff. Chris and Chris are cash and money. Cool guys who listen to you and make sure your living conditions are as good as possible.

Food Lion's practically on your doorstep, and you can be at Wal-Mart in five minutes (for better places like Best Buy, Olive Garden and Target, you'll have a 15-minute drive).
