There are lots of college kids who are moving in the area. They have lowered the price of the rent so it is bringing in a different caliber of tenants. There is a huge problem with noise and people gathering outside in the walkways and parking lots. I've witnessed arguments and fights that makes you seem unsafe by being a single female walking to you apartment late at night. The apartments look nice on the outside but are cheaply built. Lot's of problems with different fixtures in the house. The inside of the apartments look great with the crown molding and cabinets but it's the overall community. The good outways the bad. I would definitely look somewhere else. I agree with the last person who called this place ghetto. In 2 more years it will be Ghetto Grove!
